The pool and hot tubs were well-maintained and clean, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. However, the parking situation was frustrating. The garage is cramped, not ideal for larger vehicles. I also had an issue with the noise level. The bar area was very close to my suite, making it difficult to enjoy quiet time. At night, the sounds from the hot tub area carried into my room, which disturbed my sleep. Additionally, I encountered some rude staff members at the front desk who weren't helpful when I had questions. It took a while for my check-in process to be handled smoothly. Overall, despite the beautiful views and great location, some aspects, especially service, could use improvement.
